Is a 5 week program designed to help you to reorganise yourself. Find out how you fit in life, your children's life and your parents life etc. Gain self awareness, self esteem and self purpose.

  • Anger Management

Is a 8 week program which helps to understand the "why i get angry" and what i can do for myself to lower my anger.

Bathurst: 5-6/62 George Street Bathurst every Friday from 2pm-4pm. Cost free

Dubbo: 28 Cobra Street Dubbo every Monday from 4pm-5.30pm. Participants are asked make a to payment contribution each session if they are capable.

 

  • Through Black Eyes

Is a program for all community people who have concerns about the children in their community. Through Black Eyes will give a bigger picture on the effect of family violence on children.
